RETURNS & REFUND
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from SAYPALOMA but if for any reason this isn’t the case and you want to return your goods for an exchange the process is as follows:
If you are local to our Sheffield store, then your online purchase can be returned for either a gift card or an exchange. We will be happy to facilitate either of these options for you.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.
When returning goods please ensure that you choose recorded service so you are able to track your parcel safely back to our return address. Please note, the customer is responsible for any return costs when sending their orders back.
You will need to return the items within 14 days of the date of dispatch, in their original condition and with the labels intact. We can only offer exchanges for goods in these circumstances.

Please make sure that you complete the returns form which was sent out with the original order.
